Staten Island NY 10308 within 30 days of receiving your order and return any unused products for a full refund. Returning products to us is both easy and convenient. You must return all merchandise within 30 days of receipt. To ensure that merchandise is returned safely, you send returns via U.S. Postal Service, UPS or FedEx with insured delivery. We offer free shipping in the United States. Most orders ship within 2 business days after they are received. Orders shipped using the Standard Shipping method typically arrive within 5-7 business days. Due to the unpredictable nature of the shipping industry, we cannot guarantee delivery dates. Shipping Procedures We will send you a shipping confirmation email when all or part of your order is shipped. This email is typically sent after the first carrier scan. Our shipping and processing only occur on business days (Monday through Friday).
